One of the most decorated coaches in basketball, Shaun Little Horn serves as the Athletic Director and Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Four Winds University and President of the Big Baller Brand foundation board. Over the course of his career, Little Horn has amassed an overall record of 403–57 (.876) across high school, post-grad, and collegiate levels — including a perfect 52–0 mark in state and national championship tournaments. His achievements include 7 State Championships and 7 High School National Championships between 2003 and 2014, making him one of the most consistently successful coaches in the nation. In just his first season at the college level, Little Horn led Oglala Lakota College to the 2024 Tribal College National Championship, immediately proving his ability to build championship culture at any level. In his first year at Four Winds, he guided the Wolfpack to an extraordinary 32-win season, an undefeated home record, and national recognition for their toughness and championship-level play. In his second season, the Wolfpack finished 33-7 and won the TCBN National Championship while averaging 107.1 PPG. He is a Gold Licensed Coach with USA Basketball and an active member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), reflecting his commitment to the highest levels of coaching education, ethics, and player development. Coach Little Horn’s accolades include being named National High School Coach of the Year three times (2007, 2008, 2012), 2024 Tribal College National Coach of the Year, and receiving the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for his volunteer work in the community. Outside of coaching, he is a published author, with his first book, Winning Playbook: Building a Championship Program, scheduled for release in June 2026
